Splining Capability

Pen-Ent has one of the largest broaching machines on the west coast.  The 50 ton, shoulder-high Detroit broach features:
•       102” Tool Capacity
•       10” I.D. Pilot Hole Handling
•       14" x 4' Capacity or...
•       2' Diameter x 1' Capacity

In addition to splining, our broach can make internal key ways.  For large runs, splining can take a fraction of the time versus shaping.
